What a weekend!

Well, as if anyone cares... I thought I would write about our crazy weekend! Friday started off with decorating for our Junior League fundraiser at 8:30am, followed by a 10:45 doctor's appt for baby sister, then off to lunch with daddy, then to the store for a tad....still in my jogging suit with no make-up. Then to Junior League venue to drop something off, then home to dress Bee Dub for Baseball practice. Got him off with Poppy to practice, Chad & I showered ( not together ) then mom & dad came over & shot the bull, then the babysitter arrived, ordered a pizza and thennnnnnnn off to our fundraiser! We had a blast & too much wine! It was a good end to a wild day!

Saturday came way too fast! Up early for Baseball Opening Ceremonies & wanted to run by Chick fil A first & eat a good breakfast! Freezing ASS cold & WET! It was miserable. Chad left early for our Junior League ClayShoot fundraiser with some guy friends, & Braden & I waited for Team Pics. Then rest of the day, Chad was gone til 6 & we all took it easy!

Sunday, a productive day! Chad & I had our coffee together & then he was off to Home Depot & Target to get the necessary babyproofing items needed for baby sister! I got dressed for a Panhellenic Booth I was having and left when Chad & Bee Dub got home! Hello, Goodbye! I was gone all afternoon while Chad got a wild hair to trim & cut down most of the trees in the back yard! Ugghhh! Oh well, it did need to be done, it just wasnt a priority on my list! That ended at 7, then off to Rosa's for Take out & back home to spread grass seed & set up our new mock sprinkler system, a bath for Bee Dub, Baryn to bed as well as Bee Dub, with first being read to by my awesome son!

WHOOO! Finally a movie with my husband & off to bed! Me first while he finished the movie!

Needless to say, it is Monday morning & I am on the couch in my PJs and not wanting to do a darn thing except watch baby einstein with Baryn which is on right now! (I have done one load of laundry, though...just to make me feel like I accomplished SOMETHING today!)

My Boy is GOOOODDD!

Hey! I am Blog Bragin', tonight! My son went to baseball practice last night, and hit 'em hard & hit 'em good! Let me remind you that my son, is a year too young for the team (suppose to be 6 by April 1 & in 1st grade) and is supposed to have a year of T-Ball under his belt. Well I told them at sign up that my son, was too good for T-Ball, so sign him up for regular baseball!

Well, the coach has since figured out, not to baby his throws to my son! He does better when they are fast and hard! He hits them all the way to 2nd base! Mind you, he is a left sided hitter & a right handed pitcher which throws everyone for a loop!

Can anyone tell that I am a boastful mommy? But who wouldn't be? A year too young, 2 grades too early, and born in experience! Born to be a pro!

Happy Easter 2008!

This is our first Easter with Baryn! Why, You ask? Well... Last year we had to make a tough & easy decision with going to Sohail's wedding in Hawaii! No Brainer, yet, easy decision! Hawaii or Midland? You decide! So, needless to say, I am so excited to hav the Easter Bunny come on actual Easter instead of ficticiously, one week earlier! The kids are excited & so am I! We got the most adorable Easter outfits & are going to see the bunny tomorrow!

Other than our regular daily chaos, we are hanging out & enjoying the last of our Spring Break! Chad & I have a date today! We are going to Odessa, to go eat at Harrigans & then go to the accountant! Whoopie! Our idea of fun! We are so hurting for a good time!

We are Back!

Well, we survived the Disney World trip & had a blast! Braden didn't know that we were even going on the trip until we woke him up at 4:30 am on Wednesday & out we went with Chad's parents! We met up with Chad's brother & family, where his kids didn't know we were going!! It was a day full of surprises! 13 people with stroller in tow at Disney World, in the middle of Spring Break is QUITE interesting! It was a fun trip, but so tough on us physically! I am still trying to recover! I posted pics to the side! Lots of pics!!

I have a Husband again!!!

Well, Chad made it home late last night & then headed straight for the computer to get some work done! Ughhh. Then he wakes up & straight to work, AGAIN! Needless to say, I haven't gotten a chance to even talk to him! Regardless, I am glad he is home! Tomorrow, we have Baby Sister going in to have tubes put in! We have to be at the hospital at 6:45am! It won't be long surgery but a long wait! I am of course, very nervous but I TOTALLY trust Dr. Traxel! He has done my tonsillectomy as well as Chad's. Wish us luck! And by the way, Chad is home for a whole month!!

So I read an old friends blog, called fergoogle, & I love what her husband always has to say, (even though I don't know him that well). I swear I wet myself everytime I read his stuff! Anyways... I got on this morning and found this video to the left. (the top one works fine) Even though I have seen this on TV before, I had to die laughing, and so should you!!!

The life of a single Mom!

Well, as many of you know, I have 4 full time jobs.... a Mom, a Wife, a Taxi Driver & an employer/store owner! I wake up thinking about work, kids, & Chad. This past month, 4 weeks in a row, Sunday through Wednesday, I have only had 3 jobs to attend to(wifely duties are taking a break), but alot more overtime was put in for the other 3! Chad has been out of town every week for a month! This sucks, & it is sooo hard.
I wake up at the ass crack of dawn, clean house a little, get ready, feed the kids (both of them), dress them, pack bags, load both of them & their stuff (usually Chad takes over at this point with Baryn while Braden & I hang back til 10 am) & then, head off to Mother's Day Out & School from 1 side of Town to the other & then back again to go to work! Ugghhhh, my day should be over at that point! I get so mentally challenged, that by golly, Don't alter the days by any little bit or I might blow a gasket! Yeahhhhh, everyday is different! The afternoons & evenings I can handle cause we just fly by the seat of our pants! The kids bed time staggers which makes it easier for me! I am ready for Boo Boo to come home! I am in Single Mom HELL! This reaffirms, that I never want a Divorce! Work is crazy but living my life is CRAZIER!

I am a follower!

Well, here I am on day one of joining the rest with a "blog"! I love to be a leader when it comes to my kids, with the Bigger Bows than Baryn's head or Starting Baseball on the 6-8 year old team without having played T-Ball, cause I know my child is GOOD ENOUGH to not follow the pre-recs!

So, as my title says, I am always on the go, so I am thinking that these will all be short & to the point! Wish me luck! I am out the door to take Bee Dub to school so that I can get to my 2 bridal appointments on MY DAY OFF!
